TidBits, a line of PDF books offered by O’Reilly is another example of repackaging content to maximize revenue.
Only available as a PDF file and priced at $10 to $15. Each Tidbits book has 100 to 200 pages.
Amazon Shorts

Amazon shorts are 10 to 14 page articles in Adobe Acrobat PDF format priced at $0.49.
The publisher incurs no expense for printing or shipping the publication, as its a 100% digitial product.
You can take a book, extract a few pages and repackage it as an Amazon Short if you wish.
If the reader likes it he might purchase the entire book. Either way the author/publisher makes money.
This is another example of repackaging existing content in a new format that can be monetized to maximize revenue.
